JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, South, the Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of marketing activities and initiatives within the organization. Possessing a solid understanding of marketing techniques and keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice for Riverside across all marketing activities, the Senior Marketing Coordinator works closely with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with the Company’s overall goals and strategies. This position requires some travel as required.
Essential Functions:
• Coordinate marketing activities and initiatives for the organization.
• Create content using graphic design tools, including video editing, for various digital media platforms with the intent to increase engagement and improve product knowledge.
• Schedule, shoot, and edit photo and video content.
• Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts.
• Monitor and administer the distribution of incoming leads from website, email, or social media within appropriate internal software platform to appropriate parties.
• Responsible for the weekly reporting of online inquiries to sales conversion.
• Record Marketing expenditures in the departmental budget tracker.
• Responsible for understanding and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital campaigns.
• Participate in the development or implementation of online marketing strategy.
• Audit online performance to assess where attention is required.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to management on marketing efforts.
• Order and coordinate the delivery and distribution of all branded merchandise.
• Coordinate all company vehicle decaling through approved vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material including editing digital and printed consumer guides as necessary.
• Stay up to date on home décor and design related industry trends and incorporate into marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Collect and analyze Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Provides ongoing recommendations for improvement, events, and social initiatives.
• Ad-hoc design work/projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Representative is primarily responsible for generating new business for the Company through soliciting new customers and, possessing substantial technical knowledge, successfully lead the awarded project to completion. Providing best in class customer service, the Technical Sales Representative administers the daily management of the awarded project and is accountable for the overall project performance including monitoring of the budget, schedule, quality, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This position is expected to perform functions with minimal supervision and high level of initiative. The Technical Sales Representative translates and explains highly complex technical information to customers and focuses on providing input on product design where needed to be tailored to the client. This position requires a considerable amount of travel.
Essential Functions:
Sales:
- Identify and solicit new clients through various channels.
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospective and new clientele.

Project Administration:
General and Contract Administration:
- Establishes and maintains positive client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Thoroughly understands and enforces contracts and sub-contracts.
- Responsible for the preparation and completeness of contract scopes of work.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to contract scopes of work.
- Reviews tender package with Senior Estimator and regional Sales Manager as it relates to scope and client expectations prior to submittal to client.
- Reviews and identify errors or omissions in drawing or blueprints and resolve issues.
- Obtain, review, and submit purchase orders for all ‘additional orders’ outside of the contract.
- Work with accounting to address all client questions regarding invoicing.
Schedule Management:
- Prepare, monitor, and update the schedule to ensure project is proceeding in accordance with delivery/commitment dates.
- Enforce the schedule where necessary.
- Responsible for personnel and resource management to meet the schedule; escalating staffing planning and forecasting needs to Human Resources in keeping with Riverside policies and procedures.
- Liaises with Warehouse Manager to identify and resolve any logistical or inventory related issues to ensure schedule can be met.
Site Monitoring and Support:
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to the project.
- Support the site/field in day-to-day operations ensuring project objectives are met.
- Monitor project expenditures.
- Monitor the project schedule to ensure that it is being tracked and adhered to.
- Monitor quality of workmanship to ensure it is being performed in accordance with Riverside’s quality and performance standards.
- Monitor safety to ensure it complies with Riverside Health and Safety policies/procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Attend on-site meetings with Construction Managers, Owners, or Owner Representatives.
- Conducts routine field inspections to ensure compliance with requirements of the contract and safety.

Sales Department Operations:
- Organize regional and division specific sales operations in compliance with Riverside standard operating procedures and policies.
- Direct and coordinate all regional and division specific activities involving sales of manufactured products and services.
