I would like to thank Jody Fuller and her team for helping make our new home (condo) so much more efficient and functional, and in an attractive way. Working with her was easy, and her designs were precisely laid out and effective. As a result we had County Heritage build our 2 closet organizers, our laundry room organizer and pantry room organizer. The results were outstanding. Furthermore the prices were in line with other quotes.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jody, and County Heritage to anyone.

Unfortunately I had to redo my basement since it was completely flooded last fall. It was rather cumbersome, to say the least, to source everything. Then we "stumbled" over your company. Not only was the in-store service and advice excellent, the product was just delivered now by one of the most helpful and courteous people I have met in a long time.

I would like to say that as a small company that services the insurance industry for rebuilding or restoring homes, I can rely on Riverside Door and Trim when I need them. Last week we had some work done to our home. We purchased 15+ interior doors, all baseboards, door jams, window and door trim to our 2 story home. I must say that Riverside Door and Trim did a Fab job! My husband and I are so happy with the new clean look to our home. The crew that came to our home were “outstanding” to say the least. My wife and I decided to replace several doors and passage sets in our house and we were on our way to a large box store when we drove by Riverside Door and Trim. We decided to drop in to see what was available. We were pleased to find that you had similar door styles and your prices were very competitive with the large box stores. In fact, a set of French Doors ended up costing us almost half of what the box stores wanted. I could not believe that you machined your doors on site instead of sending them away and having to wait 3 weeks like at the box stores. We ended up purchasing 5 doors, had them all machined, and also bought 9 passage sets from Riverside Door and Trim. During this entire process, Lisa Fralick could not have been more patient and helpful with us. She gave us some suggestions on how to complete our project and was very helpful when we had questions. I realize that our purchase was not a large one in relation to your overall sales, but how we were treated by Lisa will have us coming back in the near future. We have also recommended Riverside to friends, family, and co-workers.
